A: Step 1: Contact us for a sample with details like the quantity, color, flavor (wax), size, the effect you want, etc.
Step 2: Based on your product requirements and after communicating with the courier company, we will inform you of the sample cost and courier charge.
Step 3: To arrange the courier charge by Paypal, Western Union, or bank account from your side.
Step 4: Samples are sent to you in 2-5 days once the charge is received.
3.Q: How much is the transportation freight of samples?
A: The freight depends on the weight, packing size, and your area.
4.Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: The samples will be ready for delivery in 2-5 days. The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
5. Q: Does your factory support customization?
A: Yes, you are welcome to customize your own brand package and product.
6.Q: How to order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax, or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know your requirement details before sending you the PI. Normally, the payment terms are a 30% deposit by TT.
7. Q: How long is your delivery time for a mass order?
A: Generally, it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-25 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
